Swedwise hjälper Kasthall digitalisera sina affärsprocesser

Kasthall – en av världens ledande tillverkare av högkvalitativ, handtillverkade mattor – har tagit steget in i att digitalisera sina affärsprocesser med hjälp av Swedwise.

Först ut var kundfaktura som nu automatiskt går den kanal deras kunder vill ha den distribuerad på. Det kan vara en Svefaktura eller som PDF via email.

I början av året investerade Kasthall i licens för utdataplattformen StreamServe från OpenText-certifierade Swedwise. Detta innebär att Kasthall nu kan kommunicera med sina kunder och leverantörer på fler kanaler med korrekt och träffsäker affärskommunikation.

SWEDWISE DIGITALISE KASTHALL’S BUSINESS PROCESSES

Kasthall has taken the step to digitize their business processes. Customer invoices can now be sent automatically via the channel their customers want it distributed in: Svefaktura or as PDF via email. Earlier this year, Kasthall invested in licenses for their Output Management platform StreamServe from OpenText Certified Swedwise. Kasthall can now communicate with their customers and suppliers in more channels with accurate business communications.
