Volvofinans orders new safety measurement from Veriscan

Volvofinans Bank has ordered yet another security measurement from Veriscan. Volvofinans sees it as a matter of credibility to be able to demonstrate that their information security is high.

At Volvofinans Bank, they have been working with information security in the form of measurements for several years. The first safety audit was carried out by Veriscan in 2003 and a new fjord in the spring of 2007. Now they have ordered a third measurement.

Volvofinans is an authorized credit market company that, through the Swedish Volvo dealership, provides car and truck financing as well as the account card, the Volvo card. Since Volvofinans handles money, they see it as a credibility issue for their customers that information security should be as good as possible. Through the measurements, they also receive a receipt for information security to show to partners and various review bodies.

"Since Volvofinans Bank carries out measurements continuously, they ensure that they maintain the required level of security and they can see which areas they have improved in compared to their previous measurements.
