Former top manager within the UN to the Q-day in Karlstad

Three well-known lecturers will come to the lecture day Q-dagen in Karlstad to give lectures on the subject of Courage & Leadership. The Q day is arranged annually by Effect Management and is part of the leadership program exeQtive.

Former top manager within the UN, Inga-Britt Ahlenius conveys her experiences and thoughts about courage and civil courage in leadership. In 2010, Ahlenius resigned as head of the UN's internal audit, the UN's third highest office. She then published the book Mr. Chance, who directed sharp criticism at UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. 

Other lecturers are Marika Skärvik, named Manager of the Year 2005 and author of the book Omänskligt manskärt - when empathy stands in the way of successful leadership. Liv Gorosch, who has succeeded in making the recruitment of female managers a key business idea, also lectures.

The Q day is arranged annually by Effect Management and is part of the leadership program exeQtive; which is aimed at experienced female managers who want to develop in their leadership role. Q-day welcomes women and men, business leaders and employees in companies and organizations, as well as the general public.

executive is a 1-year leadership development program for female managers and consists of 11 course days as well as personal mentoring. Content covered during the year is: gender perspective on leadership, board work, mass media training, mental training, stress, self-awareness, change management, etc. Q-day is a lecture day that is part of the program where, in addition to the public, mentors and former participants in the program are invited. exeQtive starts annually and has been implemented since 2002.
