Swedwise helps Hasselblad increase the sharpness of its business documents

Victor Hasselblad AB is a Swedish company based in Gothenburg that has become world famous through its camera manufacturing. Swedwise is proud to have been trusted to deliver the Streamserve document platform to Hasselblad for their customer and supplier documents for the Movex business system.

The deal and the solution have been delivered together with Swedwise partner iSMoTec who are M3/Movex specialists. Swedwise supplies license, expertise and support to Hasselblad regarding the OpenText/Streamserve platform.

For Hasselblad, the Streamserve solution means that they have the opportunity to adapt to target groups and customers, e.g. order confirmations and other business documents. This means that previous manual handling of incoming and outgoing communications from Movex is eliminated, while the graphic design and layout rhymes with Hasselblad's other information channels and graphic profile.

"Thanks to the new Streamserve modules Composition Center and AdHoc, Hasselblad now has the opportunity itself to be departmentally (marketing, finance, sales) responsible for the content of a dedicated field on, for example, an order confirmation. It can be order history, sales messages or promotion of a fair," says Göran Asplund, responsible consultant at Swedwise.
