Stretch helps PRC Group save time with mobile App

Time reporting is often considered a tedious and time-consuming task and the delay between work performed and invoicing/reporting drives large costs for companies. Stretch has developed a mobile time reporting service based on an App. The solution has soon been in operation for two years and is integrated directly with the business system, in PRC's case Hogia PBM. Focus is a simple and stripped-down interface that is intuitive for the user.
 
"There is a big focus on cost savings and process improvements at many companies. This solution shows how you can easily facilitate everyday administrative tasks and thus both reduce costs and increase quality," says Marcus Pierrou, consultant in the Mobility area at Stretch.
 
Åsa Bergström, Accountant at PRC Group, says: "Time reporting must be done in a simple and flexible way, regardless of time and place. Many of our consultants do not always have access to a computer as they are often out in the field with our customers. However, they always have their mobile phone with them".
 
PRC subscribes to the time reporting service at a fixed fee per month and user. It provides maximum flexibility to scale up and down the solution as needed. The solution is also completely web-based and therefore requires no installation, which is appreciated by the IT department.
 
"Our consultants report their time more often now than before. This also increases quality, which in turn makes it easier for our finance department. We only spend half as much time on time reporting now than we did before," concludes Åsa.
