Stretch has just finished a successful year in 2012 with a turnover increase of 19% and a profit increase of 130%. We are also very positive about the coming six months and expect continued growth throughout 2013.

"The key to our success is that we get the local companies to flourish and build their own customer relationships as well as create participation and an entrepreneurial spirit among the employees," says Jan Maelum, Group CEO at Stretch. In order to realize that idea, we choose to remove the group management and instead focus on business development in each company.

Stretch has the goal of doubling its turnover in 3 years and at the same time developing the business so that 20% of the turnover comes from areas other than where we operate today. "This is a tough challenge, but at the same time we have come a long way," says Jan Maelum.

"Today we can sum up to a successful start of Stretch Public in 2012, a rebirth of Stretch Danmark during Q4, which is already generating profitability, and a new company in the form of Stretch Karlstad from the turn of the year." We have an exciting development with clear entrepreneurship in the companies in front of us," continues Jan Maelum.

In order to cope with this expansion in the 3-year term, achieve the objectives and at the same time maintain a whole regarding brand and sales, Stretch has strengthened the parent company with Malin Anjou as vice president. Malin has extensive experience in Stretch's core operations, sales and delivery, from her 10 years within the company, most recently as CEO of Stretch Stockholm.

"By letting business acumen permeate the entire organization and highlighting our strong customer references, we will gradually take new market shares. Our strong references are the basis for our new sales," says Malin Anjou.

In addition, the parent company has been strengthened with Sanna Andersson as Talent Manager to clarify our culture and our brand. Sanna also comes in with 10 years from Stretch Stockholm.

"Stretch has a brand that we are incredibly proud of, and we are now ready for the next step in our expansion" we have some exciting years ahead of us, sum up Malin Anjou and Jan Maelum in unison.
