Siemens Sweden chooses Effect Management

Siemens Sweden chooses Effect Management to develop their top talent. The Karlstad-based management consultancy Effect Management is commissioned to implement Siemens' three-year development program for their selected top talents within the Swedish organization. 

The order means that Siemens utilizes Effect's three business legs; training, management consulting and the web-based simulation tool SIMBIZ.

The program is a three-year program where Siemens' most promising employees at manager and specialist level gain new knowledge and insights in areas such as business development, operational management and leadership – all linked to their everyday work and Siemens' core values and strategic challenges.

Effect emphasizes how important it is to work with skilled clients, which the Siemens Learning Campus at IUC Öst has a reputation for being. They have a clear idea of what creates a platform for these talents to develop further within Siemens.

As a supporting platform throughout the program, Effect's web-based simulation tool, SIMBIZ, will be used. A product that Effect acquired two years ago and which has been used by several of Sweden's best-known international companies to develop business skills at various levels within the organization.

The first program starts in the spring of 2012 and extends over three years. Siemens Sweden starts a new program every year.
