The record-breaking growth is largely due to the rapid digital transformation that society is undergoing. Consid is taking market shares and winning more and more strategic business in existing and new partnerships. During the spring, the company established itself in Kristianstad and has already employed about ten people there. At the same time, all existing offices are growing, both in turnover and number of employees.

Nine years in a row, Dagens Industri has named Consid a Gazelle company. The prestigious award is given only to the fastest growing companies in Sweden. Less than one percent of Sweden's limited companies meet the requirements to be called a Gazelle company, and only four companies in history have managed to do so nine years in a row.

- The fact that we have succeeded in becoming a Gazell company nine years in a row, while at the same time managing to maintain a low staff turnover, shows that we have succeeded in creating a workplace where people thrive, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.

Consid's first quarter of 2021 was the strongest to date, with a turnover of over SEK 380 million, an increase of just over 24 percent compared to the previous year. During the first half of 2021, the company hired just over 200 new employees. Consid thus has over 1,200 employees in total in Sweden. In the full year 2020, Consid's turnover was SEK 1.23 billion, an increase of almost 20 percent compared to the previous year.
