- That is an enormous statement of strength. Many of our competitors are cutting back on operations and backing down. Consid is coming out of the pandemic strong and we are investing in the future. We will expand strongly in 2021 and we aim for a turnover of two billion kroner in the near future, says CEO Peter Hellgren.

The record-breaking growth is largely due to the rapid digital transformation that society is undergoing. Consid is taking market shares and winning more and more strategic business in existing and new partnerships.

At the same time, there are many listed IT companies that show a lower profit and several have been forced to get rid of employees.

Nine years in a row, Dagens Industri has named Consid a Gazelle company. The prestigious award is given only to the fastest growing companies in Sweden. Among other things, it must have increased its turnover every year for the last three years, grown organically and not through acquisitions, and have a positive overall operating result for the last four financial years. In addition, Dagens Industri makes an overall assessment of the company where additional parameters that show healthy operations are weighed. Less than one percent of Sweden's limited companies meet the requirements to be called a Gazelle company and only four companies in history have managed to do so nine years in a row

In the first quarter of 2021 alone, Consid therefore hired roughly 130 new employees. Turnover landed at SEK 380 million. A growth of a whopping 24 percent compared to the first quarter of 2020.
