Midroc Automation expands through the acquisition of LKN Industriautomation

Midroc Automation has long looked at a number of possible acquisitions and LKN has always been part of the discussions as they have more than 30 years of experience working in the automotive industry developing innovative automation solutions and also use this expertise in other industrial segments.

Jonas Bergmark, CEO at Midroc Automation is very satisfied. "The acquisition of LKN is completely in line with our strategy to use our project skills in industries where we have extensive operational know-how to take total responsibility for multidisciplinary projects. Shorter product cycles, more car models and the introduction of electric hybrids and pure electric cars further mean that the need for our joint solutions will increase in the coming years".
