Tord Larsson-Steen's mission as CEO of LearningWell SW has been to develop the company's business within product development and automation. After the turn of the year, he will move on to new challenges outside of LearningWell and then hand over to Mattias Nilsson, whose work will largely be about marrying LearningWell's offer in automation and system development. 

Since Tord Larsson-Steen joined LearningWell SW, the company has, among other things, started a new business area within automation, launched an updated version of its own product TagWell and has grown with around ten employees. In connection with the company now entering a new phase with the ambition to stabilize growth and weave together system development and automation, Tord hands over to Mattias Nilsson. Mattias has a long background as production manager, project manager and maintenance manager at companies such as Ericsson, Moelven and Örebro Municipality. He most recently comes from a role as business area manager at Projektengagemang.

"My focus from the start will be to get to know the business in depth," says Mattias Nilsson. "After that, work begins on marrying LearningWell's current offerings in automation and system development. We have many interesting projects underway where there are very exciting opportunities for our customers.”

Recruiting in several cities
Mattias started his position at 50% in October and will work alongside Tord until the end of the year. From the first of January, he will then take over full-time. As the new CEO, Mattias hopes to welcome more colleagues to the LearningWell offices in Mariestad, Karlstad and Helsingborg.
