Jan Branzell chairman of the ISO working group

Veriscan CEO Jan Branzell has been appointed chairman of SIS working group 41 which works on standards related to various security measures in the ISO 27000 series.

The standards concern information security areas such as ICT business continuity (continuity planning), cybersecurity (internet security), network security (network security), outsourcing and more.

Working group 41 will also work on these standards at the next international ISO meeting to be held in Berlin in October.

SIS (Swedish Standards Institute) is an organization that works with standards, both to produce them and to spread knowledge about them. In international cooperation, SIS safeguards the interests of Swedish members and focuses on streamlining the process of developing and introducing new standards.
