International insurance giant hires Swedwise

Swedwise receives another prestigious assignment. It is the international insurance company IHI Bupa that has chosen the Karlstad-based company's document management system Documon.

"This shows that we have great competence in our specialist area. To begin with, we will work with IHI Bupa in Scandinavia. In the long term, we hope that it can lead to more assignments on a global level," says Roger Wall, CEO of Swedwise.

IHI Bupa is a world-leading player in international health and travel insurance. The company is part of Bupa International with 52,000 employees worldwide.

Documon is a digital document management system developed by Swedwise. Documon is used by banks, insurance companies, audit firms, manufacturing industry and other organizations with a need to keep together document types from different systems as a case and where high traceability is important, for example during a handling or manufacturing process. The system collects information and makes it easy to send and retrieve the right information to the right recipient, while the process is quality assured.

"With Documon, you avoid manual handling of documents, for example printing from different systems and running back and forth to the printer to keep the case together. The program captures printouts from all systems so they can be printed, emailed, faxed, saved to file and archived for distribution. It means that you can easily retrieve documents and it saves both time, paper and money," says Roger Wall.
