How did you become a developer?

- Basically, I'm a trained chef, but I felt that it wasn't quite the right path for me. I was advised to apply for one of the IT courses at Karlstad University as it would suit me better. Said and done! After that I was hired and a path for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint opened up, something I still work with today.

What might a typical day as a developer look like?

- In my current project, I have a hybrid role where I work with a steering group to develop requirements for a solution. I also sit with and develop and configure the solution that is produced, based on these requirements. It's the role that suits me the best - getting to work with both the business and the technology!

What do you say if I say Consid in Karlstad?

- So exciting with a new establishment! It's a chance that doesn't come around very often. I have received a very good impression of Consid in general and there is something about the office in Karlstad that I think stands out. The camaraderie with colleagues and the appreciation shown to all employees are just a few things!
