The business model – the path to success

Development of the business model plays an increasingly important role in creating successful businesses. Henrik Ericsson and Anne-Charlotte Sverkström from Effect will share research and their experiences on Business Modelling, as well as present proposals for methods and programs to develop your particular business model. You will receive tips and advice on how to improve your model and be inspired by the business models of some of the world's top brands.

Anne-Charlotte Sverkström has extensive experience of working both with individuals, work and management groups as well as with organizational development at group level. In her various roles, Anne-Charlotte has been involved and driven development in many different areas such as organizational development of international units, change processes, resource securing/recruitment, leadership development, competence planning and performance management, alternative career paths/career development, education, coaching and rehabilitation.

 

Henrik Ericsson is a manager/leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who has gone the "long way" from technology development to a leadership career. He has 20 years of experience in starting up and leading new operations within large organizations. This includes sales, marketing, operational management of operations with staff at national as well as international level. Examples of assignments where Henrik's skills are best utilized are work with supporting and/or leading the establishment and change of operations. This can e.g. involve working with business planning, business modeling and implementation. Henrik also works on adapting organization and management to changing needs.
