Anne-Charlotte Sverkström – new to Compare's board

Anne-Charlotte Sverkström, Effect Management Development AB, has been elected as a new member of the board of Stiftelsen Compare Karlstad.

"I feel strongly about the ICT industry and I know that Compare contributes to strengthening the conditions for the existence and development of ICT companies in the region - therefore, as a board member, I would like to participate and further develop Compare," she says.

Anne-Charlotte Sverkström has worked with personnel matters (Human Resources) in the IT and telecom industry for more than 15 years - for example in Ericsson and Tieto at both regional and international level.

"Personnel and skills supply are increasingly important issues for an industry in rapid change - therefore my focus on the board will be on marketing Karlstad as an attractive ICT region to attract both companies and personnel".

Anne-Charlotte Sverkström has been a consultant at Effect Management Development AB in Karlstad for 2.5 years, where she will be one of the new co-owners from this autumn.
"The changed ownership is a consequence of a generational shift that more and more companies in the industry are facing," she says.

Effect Management Development works as consultants with development and changes and became a stakeholder in Compare in 2009.
