Altran about the journey from 2 to 40 in 7 years
During a packed SNITS lunch, Mattias Lindahl & Andreas Niska from Altran talked about how they work to create an attractive workplace.
Altran - Europe's leading consulting company in IT, technology and management with roughly 17,000 employees worldwide - has had steady growth every year since its inception. Last year alone, the company grew to 350 people in Scandinavia and established offices in, among other places, Karlstad.
"We have a winning concept that we believe in very much with the market's strongest experts in Enterprise Content Management and Embedded Systems. Now we need more people and expect to employ 100 people in 2012," says CEO Hans Johansson.
Altran works with both large and small customers and in addition to strengthening the technology side with more engineers and designers within built-in systems, the list of positions to be filled on the IT side is long. Above all, they are architects, system developers and project managers, but also SharePoint experts.
"We are one of the few selected Microsoft VIP partners and offer solutions for e.g. Intranet combined with social networks, search functionality and Business Intelligence. Here we see great demand and growth potential in all regions," says Hans Johansson.
