Addoceo supplies IT systems to the municipality of Linköping

The municipality of Linköping streamlines its work with the handling of matters relating to transport services and national transport services with the help of Addoceo's operational system Navet.

The IT company Addoceo AB in Karlstad owns, develops and manages Navet, which is currently used by municipalities and county transport companies. The system has been developed in close collaboration with people who have extensive experience in the industry that is the system's target group.

"In order to facilitate and streamline the handling of our travel service cases, we needed to replace our existing system with a new and modern IT system. We found that Navet met our needs," explains Gunnar Lönn, public transport manager in Linköping municipality.

The assignment includes adaptation and optimization based on Linköping's requirements and needs.

"During the past year, we have invested a lot of our own time in further developing Navet, and this deal confirms that the investment is successful and appreciated," says Jan Hellberg, who is marketing manager at Addoceo. "The hub today has functionality for integration with other systems. The system's technical architecture and its modern and user-friendly interface are some of the areas we have focused heavily on".
