480 billion reasons for equality

No one wakes up in the morning and thinks "How should I exclude and discriminate today?" Nevertheless, old norms are reproduced again and again and the dream of an equal society often seems unreal. But there is a ways to go and the reward is enormous to say the least. A couple of years ago, the analysis company McKinsey calculated that increased gender equality could contribute to increased global growth by USD 12 trillion by the year 2025. For Sweden, calculations show that GDP could increase by SEK 480 billion per year, if women had the same purchasing power as men. Can we really afford to give up?
Camilla Wagner lectures and is the moderator for the day.

Nora Bavey
Nora Bavey is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist active in the tech world. She has started the education initiative Unitech and has experience from international companies and start-ups. IDG named her the digital inspirer of the year 2018 and Nora was on Veckans Affärer's list of Sweden's 101 super talents in 2019.

Money is power

"I applied for capital as a pregnant woman with a foreign background and it was the toughest thing I have done. The questions I received about my business idea were incredibly much more tied to their prejudices about who I am than to the business model. I want to be the investor I never got to meet”.

Diversity analysis of Add Gender
Listen to Add Gender's CEO Pernilla Alexandersson, when she summarizes the diversity analysis on how business promoters in Värmland work to reach different target groups.
She will also give tips and practical suggestions on how we can reach more and new target groups.

But just as many wonder how they should proceed in concrete terms. Partly to start but also to develop or ensure continuity. That's where The Yes Way can help.
