How can companies better understand the user's needs and thus create long-term services and products of value?

During this training day, we will go through why user involvement is important in the development of new services and how these insights can bring you closer to the target group and users. It is about bringing a stronger user focus into the business to strengthen both services and identity. In addition to the Aha experience, you will get tools to start applying your new knowledge in your daily business.

Crash Course in Service Design // Experio Lab

During the morning, Experio Lab holds a crash course in service design. We will talk about service design in theory and practice, and you as participants get to try working with service design through a selection of different methods and tools. You will get a way to carry out development work with the user in focus, by developing a concept based on a case.

A love journey to new business // Sticky Beat

During the afternoon, Andreas Stjärnhem from the digital innovation agency Sticky Beat gives you a perspective on user-centered service design based on their own methods that they use in their sharp projects. You will be taken on the same journey as, for example, Trygg-Hansa, Fryshuset, Folktandvården and other businesses have done before and along the way invented new opportunities and businesses. The afternoon will be a mix of inspiration, theory and workshops.

We go through what service logic as an approach means and broaden the view of what design is and how it can be used in development work.

09.00 Internship: Test the service design process

Based on different cases, you will get to go out on the town and gather experiences that you will then use to further develop a concept through selected methods from service design.
