Crash Course in Service Design // Experio Lab
During the morning, Experio Lab holds a crash course in service design. We will talk about service design in theory and practice, and you as participants get to try working with service design through a selection of different methods and tools. You will get a way to carry out development work with the user in focus, by developing a concept based on a case.
A love journey to new business // Sticky Beat
During the afternoon, Andreas Stjärnhem from the digital innovation agency Sticky Beat gives you a perspective on user-centered service design based on their own methods that they use in their sharp projects. You will be taken on the same journey as, for example, Trygg-Hansa, Fryshuset, Folktandvården and other businesses have done before and along the way invented new opportunities and businesses. The afternoon will be a mix of inspiration, theory and workshops.
