FOR WHO

The training is aimed at the public sector where participation takes place teams of 2-5 people. Since cooperation is a key to success, your teams are cross-functionally composed and consist of several professions. – Grouping consisting of purchasers, business representatives and support functions that work with existing needs, procurement, or development projects. The training can be applied directly to ongoing work and current issues.

- Grouping around a single board/administration/function that faces significant development needs regarding working methods linked to needs identification and the purchasing process. The training provides a common approach and concrete working methods to get ahead in the work. The team's participants need to cover different perspectives, professions and roles as above.
