The focus is on developing strategic gender equality work at your workplace and getting employees on the journey. Through exchange and collaboration with leaders from various industries, you will also be able to learn and develop from other people's experiences and tips.

The leadership training is free of charge and addresses members of Compare, Paper Province and IUC Stål & Verkstad. It is divided into four meetings:
