The Swedish Innovation Index includes responses from approximately 13,000 customers who rated the degree of innovation of 70 companies and organizations within about 20 industries.
The index is a way to spread knowledge about innovation work and create a greater understanding of how innovation work can lead to increased attractiveness and loyalty among customers and thus better competitiveness of companies and organizations
