We now work in sharp mode together but apart, in teams both physically and digitally. This places increasingly high demands and managers must learn to lead both employees they meet physically and digitally.
How do we achieve good cooperation without seeing each other? What do the theories say about credibility in digital collaboration? How do we work smart together digitally? We are visited by Lena Lid Falkman, researcher in working life science at Karlstad University, which researches how technology is changing the way we work, collaborate, live and lead. Together with Tomas Falkman, she wrote the book Virtual Meetings, the first book in Swedish on the subject.
Together we discuss how to keep the teams together and the leadership remotely. Welcome!
