In all businesses, value creation is central – being able to create value for the person the business is for, for example in the form of a service. Capturing the user's perspective and gaining an insight into what creates value for the customer, citizen or patient is part of this work, and here the customer journey is a tool along the way. How can this happen and what does research show?
We focus on this in the third seminar in the "CTF 35" series. Researchers and practitioners will present current research and share their experiences from the manufacturing industry, trade and government and with a focus on service development, value creation, user experiences and digitalisation.
REGISTRATION
The seminar is open to everyone. There is no cost to participate, but registration is required to receive a Zoom link.
