Do you want to help your organization stand at the forefront and lead development?
We have the great pleasure of inviting you to an inspiring breakfast seminar on September 15 on the theme "Why should we work with gender equality? - How does it benefit the organization's development?”, the first occasion in a series of meetings on competence supply, expanded recruitment and standards, as part of the initiative Attraktionskraft Värmland.
We firmly believe that knowing your why is the core of all success. Understanding why we strive for gender equality and competence provision is the basis for sustainable development and growth. By attending this seminar, you will not only learn how to argue your why, but also discover how it can be the powerful driving force to take your business to new heights.
By participating in this seminar, you will get tips and inspiration to start or strengthen your gender equality work, and we hope you will leave with a clear vision of your own why. We believe that it is together, by sharing knowledge and experience, that we can create a more inclusive and successful future for our companies and society as a whole.
Don't miss the opportunity to take part in a seminar that will bring you one step closer to an equal and successful future for your company. Register now and look forward to an inspiring morning filled with valuable knowledge and new perspectives. Warm welcome!
