Breakfast seminar - The art of attracting, retaining and leading the talent of the future

07.45-08.30 (07.30-09.00 in physical hubs)

Together with Sofia Rasmussen, we round off the week with the second occasion of Attraktionskraft Värmland's seminar series on competence supply, expanded recruitment and standards.

The seminar will explore what is important to a new, connected and aware young generation and how employers can meet their demands and expectations.

Among other things, we will talk about…

  • Young generation, new demands: What is most important to them in choosing an employer? What makes them stay and what makes them move on?
  • Attractive leadership and development for young people: What does attractive leadership look like and what does genuine development mean for today's young employees?
  • Trends that are reshaping the labor market: What demands and expectations do they have of their employer and workplace?

Sofia Rasmussen is the global analyst, working life expert, author and political scientist who annually lectures to thousands of managers, leaders and employees in both the public and private sectors.

With deep knowledge of current world and work life trends, changing work life values and the young generation's preferences and visions of the future, Sofia often carries out assignments with a focus on increasing employers' attractiveness for future talents or on future-proofing leadership. Among other things, Sofia bases her presentations on results from the Youth Focus surveys (2015-2023) in which over 15,000 people have answered questions about values linked to working life.
