Autotech Teknikinformation in Karlstad AB gets new main owners per on April 3, 2018 and changes in connection with this name to AB Devarion.
Four former minority owners, all active in the company, have bought the majority stake from Autotech Förvaltning AB, parent company of the Autotech group.
- We started Autotech Karlstad in 2011 and have had good growth during the years we have owned the company. We wish our former companies continued success in the future, says Tommy Lundström, representative of Autotech Förvaltning.
AB Devarion operates in the field of technical information. The head office in Karlstad as well as the local office in Gothenburg will continue as before. The company has around twenty employees and a turnover of around SEK 17 million annually.
- We look forward to building on the close relationships with our current customers, as well as developing our network with new ones, says AB Devarion CEO Emelie Löfman.
