Two co-opted members with representation from Region Värmland and Karlstad University were also elected, as well as a nomination committee.
– The most important issues for the newly elected board are to continue the initiatives that Compare is pursuing in advanced digitalisation, digital health, cybersecurity and other areas with Värmland at the centre. The board also wants to continue the work of connecting Compare to national and international innovation environments with a continued focus on how we can solve complex societal challenges through collaboration and innovation,” says Fredrik Svensson, chairman of the Compare Foundation.
The Annual General Meeting decided on an annual administrative fee to maintain the Compare Foundation’s network for tech collaboration. For 2024, the fee was set at SEK 2,500 for companies and organisations that are part of the network.
In connection with the meeting, Anna Forsberg, outgoing member, and Sigvid Andersson, outgoing nomination committee, were thanked for their significant contributions to the Foundation.
