IT operation is what we work with. Outsourcing of IT operations is what you as a customer buy from us. IT operations is a short word, but its impact on an organization's operations is always far-reaching. A short word though; -the meaning is broad. For us, IT operation is the platform all businesses need to run their programs and files.

Buying the IT operation as an outsourced service means buying it as an agreed function where the delivery takes place from our operation halls, or from other suppliers via us, - what is called hybrid cloud or hybrid operation.

The IT master is also an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and a Local Internet Registry (LIR), that is to say; we deliver internet connections, point to point connections and other data communication services. We reach the customer through fiber and copper connections from cable owners such as Skanova, municipal city networks or other owners of the cable itself. We control our own network and thus have control over the technology even if the cable is owned by others.

In 2015, the IT master established a small business for system development. Where high competence in MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM are the cornerstones.

We currently have 70 employees. Offices in Stockholm, Örebro and Karlstad. Data centers in Örebro, Karlstad and Stockholm. The IT master owns the operating halls themselves (with the exception of Stockholmshallen, where we are leased).
