Effect Management was founded in 1989 in Karlstad as a challenger alternative to the "big" consulting companies from the big cities. Effect combines the structural and the cultural in company and business development. We know that all development is phase-dependent and that different skills and methods are needed in different phases. Therefore, Effect has a wide range of competence profiles where there are usually several of us who work together in our assignments. Effect currently has 18 employees and a network of complementary actors.

At Effect, we want to highlight the leader as a social architect, the importance of relationship-based abilities, but also abilities linked to building structures in an organization in terms of both management and control and the increasing need for collaboration between people, machines and data. An increased focus on trust, relationships and how collaborations develop through digital and physical meetings thus become central to modern leadership.

We have a close connection to academia and collaborate with the Stockholm School of Economics, Center for Service Research (CTF) at Karlstad University, Mälardalen Högskola, as well as with individual skilled researchers from universities and colleges in Sweden and Europe.
