Cyber threats are on the rise and cyber attacks are becoming more common, and at the moment there is no sign of the threat landscape slowing down. A company may experience cyber incidents that, in the worst case scenario, could affect its assets, both financially and in terms of information. This is why it is important to be prepared.
The aim of the workshop is to introduce you to common cyber threats and how to prepare, as well as how to deal with a serious cyber incident. The aim is to create an understanding of the different elements of a contingency plan and to start working on the plan with the help of templates and support from experts.
Sneak peak at the content:
- Identifying critical assets and resources
- Who needs to be involved in an incident – both parties and roles
- Who has what responsibilities and who can do what?
- How do we know if an incident is serious or not, and when do we escalate?
- How, when and who communicates with whom?
- How do we train and practise?
Bring your computer to start working on the plan already during the workshop.
