The training will be delivered by experts David Flato and Maria Hulth from Jämställt. The focus is on developing strategic gender equality work in the workplace and getting employees on board. It is primarily aimed at employees in leading roles in companies affiliated with Paper Province, IUC Stål & Verkstad, Compare and Region Värmland’s employees.
During the course, the leaders highlight the following issues:
- How can we create conditions to become attractive employers?
- How do we prevent brain drain with our gender equality work?
- How do we deal with employee resistance?
- How do we work with equal opportunities communication?
