Healthcare workers in the field are often constantly connected, and constantly on the move. The fast-paced nature of the workday increases the risk of accidentally clicking on fake links, opening scam emails or sharing data inappropriately.

Imagine if every employee had an AI-powered security assistant in their pocket – a digital buddy working silently in the background, detecting risks in real time and providing support just when it’s needed.

As part of the Cross Border Cyber Capacity project, together with Karlstad Municipality, we are now inviting companies and idea carriers to see how this solution could be developed. The focus is on the municipality’s mobile work environment, and how an AI assistant can strengthen the safety of healthcare staff in their digital everyday lives.

When. 18 June, 10.30-12.00
Where? Arenan, Karlstad Innovation Park (or Teams)
For whom? Companies in AI, cybersecurity, UX and mobility solutions
What is the event? Idea generation and concept development based on a concrete need

This is a continuation of a previous Challenge Lab in November where the idea of an AI security assistant was born. So what is a Challenge Lab? It is a workshop methodology where many different actors come together around a challenge to jointly come up with solutions. For the business community, this is an opportunity to shape a business around specific needs. It will also be a unique opportunity to gain an insight into how the municipality works and what is expected of suppliers.

Welcome to help shape the digital safety net of the future!
