During the autumn and winter, Attraktionskraft Värmland has run a series of breakfast seminars on skills supply and gender equality in different ways, from different perspectives, at companies and workplaces. Now we continue during the spring with more inspiring and developing meetings.
On Friday 8 March, the focus is on “Fair and broadened recruitment”. A breakfast seminar where we give you smart and valuable tips on how your recruitment process can become more inclusive and equal. It’s about what you can do to broaden your recruitment and reach target groups that you currently do not reach with traditional content or in the usual channels. For example, writing a different type of job advert, expressing yourself in a different way or being active in new forums.
It’s not just recruiting anyone. A range of factors need to be taken into account to ensure that we have an inclusive and welcoming recruitment process.
The speakers are Lena Witting, HR consultant at Region Värmland and Louise Torevik, project manager in skills supply and social sustainability at the business cluster IUC Stål & verkstad.
So join us at our breakfast seminar on 8 March where we will give you good and valuable tips on a more fair and broader recruitment!
