In this role, you will lead innovation processes that leverage breakthrough technologies for sustainable societal transformation.
You will work in close collaboration with business, the public sector, academia and civil society to identify needs, create new solutions and lead developments.
Your tasks
In this role you will, among other things:
- Lead innovation and development processes in collaboration with regional, national and international stakeholders
- Supporting companies and organisations in their digital transformation journey
- Identify and initiate project ideas and write applications for external funding
- Develop processes, methods and services that stimulate the use of new technologies in different sectors
- Create and maintain networks with businesses, public sector, academia and civil society

- Experience in innovation management or similar roles
- Good understanding of digital transformation and technology opportunities
- Ability to initiate, lead and manage collaborative projects in Sweden and abroad
- Experience of developing missions that create opportunities for your organisation

- A confident leader who likes to work in teams and networks
- Curious, committed and likes to take responsibility from idea to realisation

- Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English

We were founded in 2000 and currently have offices in Karlstad and Arvika. We have around 20 dedicated people working on issues such as cybersecurity, digital health innovation and data-driven business development – all linked to the global sustainable development goals. About the job
Employment type: Temporary employment, 100%.
Location: Karlstad. The possibility of teleworking exists and is regulated by agreement between the employee and the immediate manager, based on the needs of the business.
Start date: According to agreement
