Last week, the Level Up training programme concluded with a conference where participants and training providers gathered to review and share insights and lessons learned from the project. The aim of Level Up was to develop the skills of public sector leaders and managers and promote digital transformation and development. One of the outputs of the programme is the e-book Digital Leadership – a collection of thoughts, insights and ideas from discussions and exchanges of experience, produced in collaboration with the participants.
– When we summarised the training, we realised that this is a treasure – to have this collection of insights from health and care managers and leaders. The biggest value is these discussions where things have been bounced around, and we want to continue to spread this even after the training,” says Hanna Pettersson from Technigo, one of the training providers in Level Up.
Conclusions from 19 000 hours of training
The book is divided into chapters, each focusing on different aspects of digitalisation, innovation and transformation.
In an inspiring and accessible way, the book goes through strategies and solutions from those who have made the journey themselves. Among other things, it contains concrete tips on how we create the conditions for new solutions, social sustainability and daring to embrace change. All in an uncomplicated way that has already been tested during 19,000 study hours by 300 leaders in health and social care. The e-book is complemented by video material from the training programme that provides a deeper insight into certain topics.
Take the lead digitally is written by Gunilla Mild Nygren and compiled by Technigo. The e-book is completely free of charge and we want to encourage the use and dissemination of the material.
Level Up is a training initiative run by Compare within the framework of the project “Your Digital Move” and in collaboration with HIOS (Health Innovation of Sweden). The project was funded by the European Social Fund – ESF.
