Board re-elected at Compare’s Annual General Meeting

On 1 June, the Compare Foundation held its Annual General Meeting at Karlstad Innovation Park. The current board was re-elected and consists of a chairman, six members from stakeholder companies in Compare and three co-opted members, where one seat is vacant.

– Going forward, the Board has an important task in supporting Compare in its aggressive investment in advanced digitalisation with a focus on digital excellence, cybersecurity and AI. In addition, the Vinnväxt initiative DigitalWell Arena remains a prioritised focus area and something Compare is fully engaged in to build a national and international competitive innovation environment around digital health services,” says Fredrik Svensson, Chairman of the Board of Compare.
