Mobile devices are widely used in municipal operations and pose a risk of cyber-attacks and information leakage if used improperly. The challenge is to combine technical security with culture and policy to achieve sufficient security and not risk breaches of business systems and underlying infrastructure.
The realisation is that each element alone is not enough to achieve the right level of security, it is the combination of the three that must work together to have the desired effect. But how?
