Cross Border Cyber Capacity (CBCC ) brings together prominent cyber security actors in Sweden and Norway with the mission to strengthen business development in the field while increasing access to expertise and knowledge sharing within and across national borders.

The project, which started in June 2023, brings together Digital Innlandet, the Norwegian Cybersecurity Cluster, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, the University of Innlandet, Karlstad Municipality and Karlstad University.

The long-term objective is to contribute to increased awareness of the importance of digital security among businesses and organisations and to facilitate new startups and spinoffs. By fostering innovation and collaboration, the project will play an important role in ensuring a more secure digital future for businesses and organisations in Sweden and Norway.

As part of the exchange in the project, the Security Divas Sweden network has emerged, inspired by the Norwegian model Security Divas, which focuses on promoting women who are, or want to become, active in information security.
